You know when companies make you scroll through pages of legal jargon just to find out the basics (or worse still, to hide stuff from you)? Yeah, we don't do that.
These Ts & Cs are intentionally kept short and to the point. We think they are fair and make sense, but if you have any questions or want to chat about anything in here, just drop us a line.
Our top priority is making sure you have a great experience with us, and that includes being clear about how we do things.
All our kitchens are made to measure just for you. That means:
So yes - measure twice, order once.
That last bit might sound scary, don't worry, every good design has tolerance and our tool does all the calculations for you. Speak to us and we'll make sure your tolerances are set at a size that makes sense for you.
We're here to help, to guide, to mentor even...
We will gladly help you to bring your vision to life, but at the end of the day, it's your kitchen and you call the shots.
So, we design together, but you have the final say on everything.
You'll need to:
Once you give us the green light, we take that as "this is perfect, go ahead."
When you book your delivery slot, you'll also approve your final design.
This is where you tell us "Yep, this is exactly what I want, go ahead and make it."
We go straight into production, and your kitchen is officially in motion.
After that:
Remember, we make everything to order, so once it's in production, it's yours and we can't sell it to anyone else.
So please make sure you ask us any questions you have before you sign off. We want you to love your kitchen, and we're here to help make sure you do.
Generally we accept orders directly through our website. You can review your order and make payment securely online.
Full payment is required upfront
Simple as that.
This is because we make everything to order, as soon as you place your order we start sourcing the stuff with the longest lead times and as soon as you book in for delivery we start making it.
Upfront payment helps us to keep things simple, and to keep our prices and lead times as low as possible.
On rare occassions (on larger orders), we may offer a deposit option.
If we do:
If the balance isn't paid on time:
Unfortunately, because we make everything to order, cancellations can be tricky, so we want to be upfront about how we handle them.
If you cancel before we start manufacturing:
We reserve the right to keep some portion of the order value to cover any materials already purchased (except hinges and stuff... we can re-use those)
This will never be more than 25% of the order value, and often much less. We promise to be fair and transparent about this, and to only charge what we need to cover our costs.
If we've already started making your kitchen:
As soon as we start actually making it, we really can't sell it to anyone else, so we have to stick to this policy to keep things fair for everyone.
If you have any questions or concerns, it is always best to reach out to us as soon as possible.
We'll always aim to hit your delivery date, but:
All delivery dates are best-efforts, not guarantees
Occasionally, things go wrong (traffic, supply issues, general chaos, acts of god)
Do not book installers or trades until your kitchen has arrived and you've checked everything.
We're not responsible for:
Play it safe - future you will thank you.
If something's not right, let us know promptly and we'll help sort it.
If something delays us that we can't control (think supply chain issues, transport problems, or bigger "act of God" stuff):
We won't be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver on time
We'll always keep you informed if anything crops up.
All materials and hardware come with a 6-year warranty
This covers:
This does not cover:
If something's genuinely not right, we'll do our best to put it right.
We're responsible for supplying your kitchen - and doing it properly.
We take this responsibility seriously, and if we mess up, we'll fix it. We price ourselves on the quality of the product we produce and we want you to have the best possible experience with us.
In plain English: We make your kitchen, we fix our mistakes, but we're not on the hook for everything else.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We're not liable for:
