All of our bespoke kitchens are made with the highest quality modern materials for durability and style.
We use a combination of melamine faced chipboard for the carcasses and MDF for the doors, both of which are finished with a high quality laminate for a sleek and durable finish.
Furthermore, we use solid birch ply for our drawer boxes, which provides superior strength and durability compared to traditional chipboard drawers. This means that our kitchens are built to last, with materials that can withstand the rigours of daily use while maintaining their beauty and functionality.

For the carcasses we use 18mm MFC throughout (other suppliers use 15mm or even less). That's melamine faced chipboard BTW, and we only use the best brands.
First we cut and route the doors from 18mm Moisture Resistant MDF, then we press them with a high quality vinyl wrap using highly moisture resistant glue for a sleek and durable finish.
Birch ply is strong enough for the rigours of daily use, it costs a little more, but it's just better, and we won't compromise on that. These drawers are built to last!
