We only use high quality materials for our Kitchens, the cabinets are 18mm MFC throughout, the doors and drawer faces are 18mm moisture resistant, vinyl wrapped MDF and the drawer boxes are double fronted and made from birch plywood.

We offer a wide range of colours and finishes, including matt, gloss and textured finishes. You can choose a board material for your carcasses and then choose from a vast array of colour options for your doors and facings.

Yes, we offer a selection of laminate worktops to complement our kitchens, worktops are provided in standard sizes to be cut down on site. When you select a worktop on our design tool, it will automatically select the most appropriate size to suit your design, allowing for a minimum level of oversizing.

We don't offer appliances as part of our service, with such a vast range of appliances on the market we think it's best to leave this part of the process to you, with that said, we can tailor our units to any size of appliance, just let us know the required dimensions and we will accommodate them.

Unfortunately we don't offer cut outs for sinks and hobs, our strong advice is always that you cut these on site and only once everything else is in place, this minimises the risk of getting it wrong and having to pay for a replacement worktop, which can be costly and cause delays.

Assembly

Sorry, no we don't, we just provide the products, you do the rest! We firmly believe that any confident DIY'er can assemble our products, and you save a small fortune by doing it yourself!

With that said, some of our customers do choose to use a local carpenter or handyman to help with the assembly... That works fine too, and you can still save a lot of money compared to using the big kitchen companies.

Either way, you do you, and we will always be here to help if you need any advice or guidance along the way.

Important: We strongly recommend that you do not book installers or trades until your kitchen has arrived and you have checked that everything is correct.

Oh it's really easy... But we would say that wouldn't we?

On a more serious note, we have designed the product with the DIY'er in mind, we have tried to make the assembly as simple and straightforward as possible, with clear instructions and minimal tools required. Because the whole thing is made to measure, the bulk of the work is just assembly.

In practical terms, assembling a carcass is pretty simple. Assembling a full kitchen is daunting simply because it's a big task and the bigger units are quite heavy, but no single part of the process is particularly difficult.

The most challenging part is usually fitting the worktops as that does require some measuring and cutting.

Once you have your design how you like it, just add it to the basket and checkout, it's as simple as that!

If you prefer to let us drive, just get in touch and we can talk through your requirements and put together a design for you, which you can then explore and modify as much as you like.

Great news, thanks for your order!

Immediately after placing an order you will be given the option to schedule your delivery, this is also the point where you verify your specification is correct so that we can get to work on making your order. We will then start manufacturing your order.

If you're not ready to schedule your delivery right away, that's fine, we'll email you a link to your order details where you can schedule your delivery when you're ready.

Either way, once scheduled, we will crack on with making your order and keep you updated along the way...

Don't panic! Once you place your order we will give you a final spec to sign off on. We will generally order materials in advance, but until you verify that specification we won't cut anything. So if you need to make changes, or you have questions, just get in touch.

Important: Once you have verified your specification, you won't be able to make any changes, so please make sure you check everything carefully and ask if you have any questions.

Delivery

The exact lead time depends on your product specification, generally we aim to deliver within 3 weeks of you verifying your specification (we can't start cutting panels until then).

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

The amount we charge depends on location. We are based in the midlands and delivery is charged at 1.5 per mile, one way.

Kitchens are heavy and bulky, we do our best to keep costs low and we never make a profit on delivery.

As an example, delivery to London is usually around £225, to Birmingham around £75 and to Manchester around £75.

We use our own vans for every delivery. This allows us to have full control over the delivery process and ensure that your order is handled with care.

The actual kitchen units are delivered flat packed, ready to be assembled on site. Worktops are delivered in full lengths and hardware is securely packaged in 1 or more boxes.

Panels are sorted and labelled by unit number to make assembly as easy as possible (generally left to right based on your design).

Our delivery driver will bring all of the panels into your property and lay them flat, ready for you to assemble, so please ensure you have a space ready to receive the delivery and that you are able to help the driver if needed.

As standard our deliveries are single driver. Our driver will carry all panels into your property one by one, however we do ask that you assist by holding doors and guiding him/her around any tight access points, particularly in case of stairs, lifts and security doors.

If you cannot help and require a 2 man delivery, please let us know and we can arrange this for you, there is an additional charge for this service which depends on the location of the delivery.

We don't offer an express delivery service as such, but if you have a specific delivery date in mind, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Normally our biggest limiting factor is any bespoke materials that we need to order in for your order, so if you have a tight deadline, please place your order and verify your specification as soon as possible.

Payment and warranty

Generally payment is made in full when you place your order, this is because we order the materials needed for your order as soon as you place it and we start manufacturing as soon as you have confirmed your delivery date.

We will on some occassions (and usually for larger orders) agree to a deposit to secure the order, in which case the balance is due at least 7 days before delivery.

When paying by deposit, the deposit can be paid online or by bank transfer, but the balance must be paid by bank transfer.

When paying online we accept all major credit and debit cards.

We can also issue pro-forma invoices, in which case payment must be made by bank transfer.

We offer a 6 year warranty on all products, this covers all manufacturing defects and material / hardware failures.

This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or accidental damage.

Any electronic components (such as LED lighting) are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects and material / hardware failures. If you experience any issues with your order that you believe are covered by the warranty, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event that we need to replace any parts, we will send them to you free of charge and we will cover the cost of delivery.

For more information on our warranty, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Returns

Returns is tricky with bespoke products. Once we have cut the panels for your order, we genuinely can't sell them to anyone else, so we don't accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The upshot is that you are getting a genuinely bespoke product that is made to your exact specification, but you do need to be sure of your design before you verify your specification.

Don't worry though, we are here to help you every step of the way, and we will do our best to make sure you get your design right before anything goes into manufacture.
